I believe that healing is a partnership. I create a sacred space for you to shift whatever it is that you need to shift. While there is healing that happens, I do not heal you, you heal yourself with my support. I weave options together, and you energetically choose what it is that will assist you in exploring, clearing or healing your energy patterns.

will be available for downloading. I am working on a book about matrix healing that will also be added to this website. For those in my physical vicinity, I do offer in person sessions.

I had quite a bit pain and swelling after surgery and was recovering. My abdomen was distended, hot and inflamed. My surgeon told me this was normal and expected, but I was worried. I had one healing session over the phone with Karen. The next morning I awoke with a painless, flat stomach. My mother noticed that my stomach was no longer distended.
